When you buy or lease any new Jaguar, you automatically receive Royal Charter Care, a comprehensive protection package that entitles you to Roadside Assistance:
This 24-hour service allows you to enjoy complete peace of mind, whenever or wherever you travel within the U.S. and Canada. In the event of a mechanical breakdown or other vehicle problem, one toll-free call to 1-800-4-JAGUAR (Press 1) connects you to a Royal Charter Care Representative who will make sure your vehicle is towed to the nearest authorized Jaguar Dealer for service, arrange for tire change, gasoline delivery, battery charge, lock-out or other roadside services.
Trip Interruption Benefits:
Ensuring you always enjoy your travels is of paramount importance to Jaguar. If a breakdown occurs outside a 50-mile radius of your home in the U.S., Royal Charter Care Trip Interruption Benefits include reimbursement for alternative travel arrangements, lodging and meals, as well as for reuniting you with your vehicle.
Benefits are currently available to buyers and lessees in the U.S., throughout the term of the limited warranty, and are available through participating dealerships. Benefits, schedules and events are subject to change at the discretion of Jaguar Cars.

24-Hour Toll-Free Number:
If you have any questions concerning your vehicle, you may call 1-800-4-JAGUAR in the U.S. and press 1 for Jaguar Emergency Roadside Assistance* or Trip Routing*. Press 2, and a Jaguar Representative will be standing by, ready to send you informational brochures, provide dealer locations and assist with owner address changes. Press 3 for customer assistance on questions about your present Jaguar.
Note: If you are a Jaguar owner and have recently changed your place of residence, you may call 1-800-4-JAGUAR (between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. ET) and Press 2 to change your address with Jaguar Cars. It is the best way to ensure that you stay apprised of the latest product and "insider" news through Jaguar Owner Communications.
Computerized Trip Routing:
Whether you're looking for the shortest distance between two destinations or a chance to meander North America's highways, just call 1-800-4-JAGUAR (Press 1), and a Royal Charter Care Representative will help plan your journey with a computerized trip routing program.
Jaguar Service Reminder Program:
Jaguar is eager to assist you in keeping your vehicle in peak condition, which is why you may be notified, via mail, when your vehicle is due for a regularly scheduled maintenance visit. (Note: At participating dealerships only.)
Jaguar Service Loaner:
To provide greater convenience when your vehicle is in for a scheduled service appointment or for warranty work, your participating Jaguar Dealer will make every effort to supply you with a loaner vehicle or alternative transportation. (Note: At participating dealerships only.)

To make sure you are entirely satisfied with your sales and service experience, a Jaguar Representative will contact you after each sales and/or warranty service visit, via phone or mail, to ensure that your Dealer provided you with the level of service you expected.

Jaguar Clubs Of North America (JCNA)
At any time, you are welcome to enroll in Jaguar Clubs of North America. For a nominal membership fee, you receive benefits including the bimonthly Jaguar Journal, filled with information on Jaguar Car Shows and other club events, as well as access to Jaguar Archives services. JCNA's 48 local clubs offer the opportunity to meet other Jaguar owners and share anecdotes and experiences about classic and current Jaguars.
